About Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory

All You Need is Love and French Fries!

Elisa and Eddie both worked 9 to 5 jobs in New York City. She taught children math and science, and he worked in social services. The pandemic hit and both were forced to work from home. Being close to eachother every single minute of every single day only served to make them closer than before. The two came to realize life was too short, and they needed to remain close to one another, all the time. Once the pandemic subsided, they chose to venture out and start a small business so they'd be together more often. They packed their belongings and moved to New Hope, PA. The couple searched high and low, braving extreme cold and driving many miles until they happened upon "Daisy," an old 1985 plumber's truck that instantly piqued their interest. After watching hundreds of hours of YouTube tutorials on how to build a food truck, and through lots of trial and error, Daisy, "The Spud Mobile" was complete and ready for business--Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory was born! Now, the two spuddy buddies are inseparable (they got married May 2023!), and they're bringing their unique treats to the Philadelphia region.

The Spud Mobile is more than just some place to grab some Gourmet French Fries. It is a place to try out new artisanal dishes with fresh ingredients created by two great and inseperable buddies. If you're looking for French Fries and Good Vibes, look no further! Come taste our taters and see what everybody is talking about!
